Help with Backwards.

1. What to put in your email
Your phone model, its iOS or Android version, and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot helps if there is something on screen to show.
2. The app cannot hear me
Backwards needs the microphone to record each voice. If you said no when it asked, turn it on in your phone's settings: on iPhone, Settings, Backwards, Microphone; on Android, Settings, Apps, Backwards, Permissions, Microphone. Then open the game again.
3. Does it need the internet?
No. Backwards works completely offline, including in airplane mode.
4. Where do my recordings go?
Nowhere. They stay on your phone and are deleted when the game ends. The privacy policy has the full detail.
